Our management system is process-driven. Continuous development is a key success factor at Ingenics. We constantly strive to improve, thereby creating opportunities to innovate. Quality Management
Certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems forms the framework and therefore an integral part of our sustainable development initiatives and management systems.
We guarantee compliance with legal and official regulations. The Ingenics management system is constantly evaluated, monitored, and continuously improved.
Environmental Management
Certified in accordance with DIN EN 14001:2015 Environmental management systems, Ingenics has adopted a systematic approach to environmental management. The term “sustainability” can be divided into three main pillars – environmental, social, and economic. Through our environmental management system, Ingenics contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability, ensuring that the needs of today’s generations are met without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Energy Management
We have introduced the energy management standard DIN EN ISO 50001 to continuously improve our energy-related services and energy efficiency, reduce energy costs, and comply with requirements under energy law.
Efficiency is important to us – including when it comes to energy. We generate energy through our own solar power systems, and as a result, cover our own needs.
Occupational Health and Safety
Through our certification in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, Ingenics adheres to internationally recognized requirements for health and safety in the workplace. Occupational health and safety play an extremely important role within our organizational structure.
Proof of our achievement of objectives within the field of occupational health and safety include e. g. the certification seal “Top Employer Mittelstand Deutschland”.
Information Security
Information security requires us to handle all business-relevant information extremely carefully. As such, our goal is to adequately protect information as an important asset with respect to its confidentiality, availability, and integrity. In order to ensure that data is made available in a secure and reliable manner, we will take appropriate measures to continuously develop the tasks and processes as well as the information systems required for this purpose.
The achievement of this goal is supported over the long term by our Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the requirements of the international ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard. To preserve the effectiveness of the ISMS, it is continuously evaluated, monitored, and, if necessary, improved.
As a result, we are evolving from today’s high level of individual security-conscious behavior to a comprehensive, common security strategy in the future.
At Ingenics, information security is a matter that concerns every employee and department. The Executive Board and members of management are responsible for information security, and therefore also for the ISMS. They are committed to providing sufficient resources for the establishment and operation of the ISMS and to supporting the continuous operation of the ISMS, as well as to meeting all applicable information security requirements in general.
Every applicable employee is obligated to adhere to the rules of information security and is requested to contribute to its further development by suggesting ways in which information security can be improved.
Through the proactive use of our process-driven management system, we guarantee to our customers and ourselves the systematic and transparent achievement of our objectives. In addition, our quality objectives are firmly enshrined in our management system. Our commitment to quality, environmental protection, energy management, and occupational health and safety ensures that Ingenics is able to deliver the highest standards of quality and performance on the market.
