What Values Are Important to Ingenics?
As a company, we stand for proactive, innovative, competent, and cooperative conduct towards our customers, business partners, employees, and other stakeholders. That is why sustainability has always played an important role in our daily work. To this end, we introduced an internal sustainability management system. On the one hand, we constantly put our internal processes and approaches to the test with respect to resource conservation, emissions, and health. On the other hand, we also always incorporate the three pillars of sustainability – environmental, economic, and social responsibility – into our consulting activities. This is because we don’t view sustainability as a cost factor, but as an investment in the future.
How Does Sustainability Manifest Itself at Ingenics?
All of the company’s sustainability activities are outlined in the “Report on Sustainability at Ingenics.” This report documents the status quo of environmental, economic, and social affairs at the company and provides a look ahead at planned activities. The company issues an updated version each year, adding new targets and evaluating existing ones.
How Does Ingenics Interact with Stakeholders?
We have implemented a code of conduct that covers all issues related to internal standards of conduct, compliance, and human rights and applies to all Ingenics employees worldwide. It is extremely important to us that our suppliers and clients also comply with these standards of conduct.
How Sustainable Is Ingenics?
We impose high standards of quality on our work. In order to demonstrate this quality to the outside world, we regularly obtain certification in various domains.

Is Ingenics Carbon Neutral?
Yes, we have been offsetting our carbon emissions since 2020 and are working to reduce or, where possible, completely avoid carbon emissions in the future.
