Identifying potential performance increases

Systematically recognizing waste in day-to-day business

The comprehensive and routine recognition and assessment of waste together with po-tential improvements to processes and work systems is a key factor when it comes to securing and increasing performance. This applies to all functional areas, processes, and systems in a company.

As part of this course, examples are used to detail the nature and form of waste in vari-ous functional areas. These issues are then explored in more depth through a discussion with participants.

Subsequently, our experienced trainers explain methods and effective procedures used in the everyday world of consulting to identify potential improvements. Methods are practiced with consideration of their transfer to the work systems used by participants, who are empowered and supported after the course in their efforts to apply the knowledge they have gained.
